Well Child Care
We offer well-child appointments for children to promote healthy growth and development. These scheduled visits follow the Bright Futures recommendation developed by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Each visit covers a physical examination, appropriate screening and immunizations.
Our schedule of well visits:
- Newborn – Hospital Follow-up
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years and annually thereafter
This schedule of well visits also includes the recommended immunization schedule and ensures that your child is up-to-date at all times. The required screenings recommended for different ages are also completed at these visits. These screenings include Development, Hearing and Vision, Lead screening, Blood Pressure measurement, Oral health, Anemia, Tuberculosis, Dyslipidemia, Autism and Depression.
We also offer times for kindergarten physicals, Camp physicals, Sports and College physicals. We recommend that you anticipate these additional physicals and plan ahead by scheduling well in advance.
