Three doctors, one neighborhood practice

Every physician at Fayetteville Children’s Clinic is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Between them, our doctors have cared for Fayetteville children for more than three decades each of practice, teaching, and community service.

Dr. William H. KellyMD, FAAP

Pediatrician

A Fayetteville native, Dr. Kelly joined the practice in 1992. He trained at Davidson College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned his medical degree, and completed residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. He has served on committees at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and has a special interest in infectious disease.

Dr. Niveen Y. IskanderMD, FAAP

Pediatrician · Medical educator

Dr. Iskander joined the practice in 1996. She studied at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and UNC-Chapel Hill, earned her medical degree at the ECU School of Medicine, and completed residency at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. She is Director of Pediatrics for the Duke SR-AHEC Family Medicine Program.

Dr. Olga K. JohnsonMD, FAAP

Pediatrician

Dr. Johnson joined the practice in April 2013. She earned her medical diploma cum laude from the Russian People’s Friendship University in Moscow and completed her pediatric residency at the ECU School of Medicine and Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

With gratitude to Dr. Horace R. Long

After more than two decades with the clinic, Dr. Long has recently retired from the practice. He joined in 2000, trained in neonatal medicine, and cared for thousands of Fayetteville children. He now teaches at the Methodist University Cape Fear Valley School of Medicine. We wish him all the best.
