Privacy Policy
Last reviewed: June 12, 2026
Fayetteville Children’s Clinic respects your family’s privacy, online as much as in the exam room. This policy explains what this website does and, more importantly, what it does not do.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, uses no advertising or tracking technology of any kind, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Every font, image, script and style on this site is served from this site. When you visit, no information about you is sent to us or to anyone else.
What we collect through this website
Nothing. The site has no contact forms, no sign-ups, no chat, and no embedded services. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information through these pages. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify visitors.
Settings stored in your browser
To remember your preferences, this site uses your browser’s localStorage, which never leaves your device. We store up to seven settings: fayetteville-childrens-clinic-lang (language), fayetteville-childrens-clinic-theme (light or dark), and the five display and comfort options fayetteville-childrens-clinic-textsize, fayetteville-childrens-clinic-contrast, fayetteville-childrens-clinic-motion, fayetteville-childrens-clinic-readable, and fayetteville-childrens-clinic-decor. None of these identify you, none are transmitted anywhere, and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
Links that leave this website
Some links take you to services we do not operate: the Patient Portal (eClinicalWorks), online bill pay (healow Pay), map directions (Google or Apple Maps), and educational resources such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, the CDC, and HealthyChildren.org. These open only when you choose to click them. Once you leave, the privacy policy of the destination applies. We encourage you to review those policies.
Children’s privacy
This website collects no information from anyone, including children under 13. It is an informational site for parents and caregivers.
Your medical information
Your child’s medical records are protected by HIPAA and handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices. This website is informational and does not access, display, or transmit medical records. For anything involving your child’s health information, call us at 910-484-3121.
Your privacy rights
Privacy laws in several states give residents rights over personal data a website collects, such as the right to access or delete it. Because this website collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, sell, share, or delete. We do not sell or share personal information, and we honor these principles for visitors from every state.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how this website works, we will update this policy first and adjust the date at the top. A change as fundamental as adding a third-party service would be reflected here before it happens.
